Computer Speed-Up

If your computer has gotten slow, it's often not worn out — it's weighed down. We look at what's running when it starts, how full the storage is, and what software has piled up, then tidy things so it feels responsive again. You'll get a plain-English summary of what we did and anything else that would help.

Questions about this service

Will I lose any of my files?

A speed-up doesn't involve deleting your personal files. That said, it's always wise to have a backup before any computer work.

What if it's still slow afterwards?

We'll explain why and what your options are, such as an SSD or memory upgrade, before you spend anything more.
