Questions about this service

What if my old computer doesn't turn on?

Mention it in your request. Files can often still be reached, but a failing drive may need a separate assessment.

Can you move my programs too?

Programs usually need to be reinstalled on the new computer rather than copied. We'll help where licenses allow.
